Due to the custom nature of our acrylic products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival2. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing a description and photos of the issue.

We offer refunds only for defective or damaged products2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized acrylic items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded1.
